Marci Renaud, RMT is committed to protecting your personal health information (PHI). All information is handled in accordance with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA, 2004) and standards set by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Record Retention
Client records are kept for at least 10 years after the last treatment (longer for minors, as required by law) and then securely destroyed.
