About Asylum Windsor

Asylum Windsor is a collective of DJs, Artists, and Performers that put on a Dark Alternative dance night on the first Saturday of each month at Villain’s Beastro. Asylum also puts on occasional special events at both Villain’s and other venues.

As an overarching term, Asylum means sanctuary—an inviolable place of refuge, protection, or shelter.

Mission Statement:

Asylum Windsor is Windsor’s Dark Alternative music night. Our goal is to provide entertainment for members of the dark alternative communities as well as anyone else without a community of their own who wishes to dance in our darkness. We are and will remain an inclusive space for all who need a supportive, positive, welcoming community to call their own. We will charitably support Windsor when possible and strive to build a familial community to the best of our ability.

Asylum is a place for those who seek it.
